Why Do I Need a Tune-up For My Furnace or Boiler?

A heating tune-up from Enercare can reduce your monthly heating bill, help prevent equipment breakdowns and extend the life of your furnace or boiler by ensuring it performs according to the manufacturer’s specifications. It can also help prevent equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. In many cases, regular maintenance is also required to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty. 

A heating tune-up is a great option if your equipment is more than five years old. And you don’t even need to be an Enercare customer already to purchase one.

What’s Involved in a Heating Tune-up?

Enercare’s heating tune-up includes an annual up to 22-point equipment inspection of your furnace or boiler and tune-up by one of our licensed and TSSA-certified technicians. We check your entire heating system to identify problems with energy efficiency, carbon monoxide leaks, air quality or worn-out and faulty materials. 

When the tune-up is complete, you get a detailed HomeCare Report with the results of the inspection plus recommendations to keep your equipment running safely and efficiently.
