Combine a checkup with full parts and labour protection1 to have peace of mind all year round. If your air conditioner or furnace breakdown, just call by 5:00 PM and we’ll be there as fast as that very day!

What is a Maintenance Plan?

Enercare’s annual maintenance plan is designed to prevent equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. As part of the plan, our licensed and TSSA-certified technicians visit your home to inspect your HVAC equipment. This maintenance check helps identify and solve potential problems with your air conditioner, furnace or boiler including unit efficiency, carbon monoxide leaks, or worn-out and faulty materials. After our technicians complete their inspection, you’ll receive our exclusive HomeCare Report. This report gives you an expert’s assessment of your HVAC equipment and offers recommendations to keep it running safely and efficiently.

How to Schedule Maintenance

Current Enercare Heating Maintenance Plan Customer

  1. If you already have an Enercare heating maintenance plan and would like to book your appointment, please call: 1-855-282-5082.

Not an Enercare Heating Maintenance Plan Customer

  1. Call 1-855-282-5082 to purchase a plan and book an appointment. Or, you can sign up for a plan using our online enrollment form and then call us later when you are ready to book an appointment.
  2. One of our TSSA certified and licensed technicians will inspect your furnace, boiler or fireplace for hazardous debris, carbon monoxide leaks and more.
  3. The technician will give you a HomeCare Report with information about the health of your HVAC system. If your equipment needs repairs, you’ll get additional information about that process in the report.

Inspections Performed During a Maintenance Appointment

Our technicians begin with an eight-point diagnostic check of your entire heating system.

  • Check operation of condensation system
  • Safety test for carbon monoxide (CO)
  • Check temperatures across air handler
  • Inspect for hazardous debris in the chimney flue
  • Check unit is operating to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Check the fan belt and perform required adjustments
  • Test the unit by putting it through a full operation cycle
