- The URL in the letter you received from Enercare is case sensitive.
- Please re-enter the address making sure to use upper and lower case letters where shown.
QR Code
The QR code will give you access to the page without having to type the web address.
How to use a QR code with your smart phone
- Open the camera app on your smart phone
- Select the rear facing camera and hold your device over the letter you received from Enercare.
- Find the QR code in the view finder.
- Tap the notifcation that appears which should take you to the page.
