Why Do I Need a Maintenance Plan?
A maintenance plan from Enercare can reduce your monthly bill, help prevent equipment breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment by ensuring it performs according to the manufacturer’s specifications. It can also help prevent equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. In many cases, regular maintenance is also required to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty.

What’s Involved in a Maintenance Plan?
You can choose a plan that will cover your furnace, boiler, central air conditioner or ductless air conditioners. Our plan covers all equipment makes and models. It’s ideal for equipment that’s more than five years old. Every year, one of our licensed and TSSA-certified technicians will perform a diagnostic check of your entire system along with any required servicing to make sure your equipment is working safely and efficiently. And you don’t have to be an existing Enercare customer to enroll.
When the tune-up is complete, you get a detailed HomeCare Report with the results of the inspection plus recommendations to keep your equipment running safely and efficiently.
