  • The Buy Back Program allows homeowners to sell their existing home comfort equipment, such as their furnace and air conditioner, to Enercare in exchange for the full retail value—up to $10,000. Once enrolled, the equipment is covered under the Enercare Advantage® program for a monthly fee.

  • Upon approval and enrollment in the program, Enercare will provide payment based on the assessed retail value of your equipment, up to $10,000. An Enercare representative will confirm the exact amount during the application process.

  • Your equipment remains in your home and continues to operate as usual. It will be fully covered under the Enercare Advantage® program, which includes service, maintenance, and repair coverage.

  • Coverage includes parts and labour, 24/7/365 service and support, preventative maintenance, and equipment and safety inspections.
