Controlling Enercare Smarter Home devices using your Apple Watch®
Smart home technology makes life easier and adding gadgets like an Apple Watch® gives you control of your key home devices right on your wrist.
Using your Apple Watch® app
Quick changes like locking your door or turning on/off lights is super simple just by pressing a tab on your Apple Watch® face. You can even watch live video feed from your video camera(s), keep tabs on your garage door to make sure it’s closed when you are away from home and adjust your thermostat to make sure your home is comfortable before you arrive. Your garage door can even send you a tap on your wrist if you forget to close it.
To access the Enercare Smarter Home Apple Watch® app
To download the Enercare Smarter Home watch app go to the Apple Watch® app on your Apple iPhone® and click on the App Store®. Click on the search at the bottom right of your phone. Type in “Alarm.com” in the search bar and press “Search”. It will bring up the Alarm.com app which you can download to your watch. Once it’s downloaded you will be able to use the app if you are logged into the app on your smartphone.
If the app is not appearing on your watch, open the Apple Watch® app and find Alarm.com in the list. Click on it and it will show you a slider that you can turn on so the app appears on the watch.
