Enroll in a Heating Protection Plan, a Heating Protection Plan with Maintenance, a Cooling Protection Plan, a Cooling Protection Plan with Maintenance or a Total Home Protection Plan and receive one of the following Plans free: (i) Heating Maintenance Plan (furnace); (ii) Heating Maintenance Plan (boiler); (iii) Cooling Maintenance Plan; (iv) Electrical Protection Plan; or (v) Fireplace Maintenance Plan. You will receive a monthly credit in the amount identified below plus HST for the first 12 months following enrollment in the applicable free plan: Heating Maintenance Plan (furnace): $9.99, Heating Maintenance Plan (boiler): $9.99, Cooling Maintenance Plan: $9.99, Electrical Protection Plan: $15.99; Fireplace Maintenance Plan: $10.99.
