Our Energy Management Consultants (EMCs) offer no-cost, no-obligation assessments to help you find the best heating system for your BC home. Our EMCs have years of experience in the HVAC industry. When they visit your home, they assess the age, size, and layout of your home, the type of insulation in your walls, the number of windows and doors, and more to determine your furnace requirements. Then they provide a fixed-price quote and payment options for your new furnace.
How a furnace assessment works
- Call us or complete the form to arrange a free in-home assessment with an EMC.
- During the visit, the EMC will assess your home and recommend the furnace that suits your needs. They’ll also provide guidance on technical requirements to ensure proper sizing and suggest ways to enhance energy efficiency and comfort.
- The EMC does a final inspection and answers any questions before installation begins.

- A lease contract lasts for the life of the equipment, which is typically 15 years when maintenance is completed every two years. The maintenance is included in your lease agreement.
