Changing Screen Views On Smarter Home Portal or App

The Enercare Smarter Home Portal and mobile app are completely customizable and allows for simple modifications to the main screen, so you can see what you want right when you log in. With a customized screen view, you can access your Enercare Smarter Home tools and features that you use the most, allowing for an easy and more personalized experience.

Here’s how to change your screen views on the Enercare Smarter Home mobile app:

1. Log into the Enercare Smarter Home mobile app
2. Click the menu icon located at the top left corner and then click the gear icon located next to ‘Home’
3. A list of your active cards will be listed on the screen. To remove or add a card, simply click the checkmark box
4. To change the order of the cards for your screen view, hold down the three bars located on the right and drag it in the order you desire
5. Select ‘Done’ at the top right of the screen to save your changes

Here’s how to change your screen view on the Enercare Smarter Home Portal:

1. Log into the Enercare Smarter Home Portal from your desktop computer
2. Click the gear icon located next to ‘Home’ on the side menu
3. Click and drag the card to customize the order as you wish
