Nick is proud to lead Enercare’s efforts to advance the energy transition in Canada and deliver on the company purpose: Empowering action for a greener tomorrow, starting at home. This includes bringing lower-carbon air, water, and energy products and services into the mainstream and making them more accessible to our customers. Nick is an accomplished leader with a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver results. He leads his teams in a way that aligns with the company purpose and values, focusing on effective teamwork, diversity of thought and strong collaboration.

Nick joined Enercare in 2021 bringing with him two decades of experience in senior leadership roles in finance, business development and M&A from the energy and infrastructure industry. Prior to joining Enercare, Nick was most recently the Head of Corporate Development at Enwave Energy.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
