Treat Every Home as our Own is one of our four core values at Enercare, and as our Chief Customer Officer, Victoria Tan and her team are passionate about delivering the best customer experience and evolving how Enercare delivers customer service across the entire customer journey. Victoria is always looking for opportunities to improve and simplify the customer experience, whether through smarter interactions in our contact centre or digitally over the web. Victoria is obsessed with ensuring our customers’ needs are met the first time, whether that is in our best-in-class contact centre or with our highly skilled field technician workforce.
Victoria joined Enercare in 2016 and during her tenure, has held a variety of leadership roles. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations, project delivery and transformation. Prior to joining Enercare, Victoria led both operational and project delivery teams in the healthcare and telecommunications industries.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and an MBA, with a specialization in IT, from McMaster University.
