Water treatment improves water quality, mainly by removing impurities, to make it suitable for everything from drinking to bathing. There are many different types of water treatment solutions. Do I Need Water Treatment?
If you get your water from a private well, you’re responsible for ensuring it’s safe to drink and use. You need to remove impurities including calcium, magnesium, bacteria, iron, sulfur and tannin. Left untreated, these can have effects on your health, the operation of your plumbing system, and the colour, taste and smell of your water.
