For just $20.99/month, you get unlimited service calls,* so you won’t have to worry about a blocked drain or clogged pipe ever again.
What’s Included
- Blocked Sinks, Toilets, and Showers
- One-time camera scope and auger of below grade waste drains or below grade rainwater drain blockages within the boundary of your property to the main municipal drain connection point
- Isolation valves downstream of your main valve and pipe (e.g., laundry valves, hot water tank valves, faucet supply valves, fridge valves, boiler feed valves, etc.)
- Outside hose bibs (not frost-free)
- Replacement of:
- existing mixing valves
- primer line to laundry tub
- moving parts within the toilet
- piping to your humidifier and refrigerator (shut off valve that connects to the appliance)
What’s Not Included
- Routine plumbing inspection
- Repair and replacement of equipment including water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, septic systems (outflow pipes), boilers (piping and valves), radiators (piping and valves), humidifiers, hot tubs, swimming pool and sump pumps
- Repair and replacement of fixtures including faucet repair and replacement including washers, cartridges in taps
- Cleaning of catch basins or drains
- Pipe replacement required where pipe design/integrity has resulted in poor pressure
- Frozen pipes and/or repairs to pipes damaged by frozen pipes
- Radiant in-floor heating
- Frost free hose bibs
- Coverage for mobile homes
- Issues related to municipal water services
