Our Community Commitment
In November 2023, Enercare committed to investing $500,000 over three years in Habitat for Humanity’s Sustainability Grants program to help build more energy-efficient and affordable homes. We are the largest single provider of these grants that build homes that have less carbon emissions and create cost savings over time for homeowners. In partnering with Habitat for Humanity Canada, we are expanding our impact and aligning with our ambition to empower action for a greener tomorrow, starting in our homes and communities.
Our Women in Trades Committee is actively involved in the community, as they work to bring greater awareness of the opportunities for women to join the skilled trades and fundraise to support various charitable organizations.
