TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – April 21, 2014) – EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.0604 per common share for the month of April 2014. The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2014. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
