Glen has been helping and serving customers for over 30 years. He graduated from Mohawk College where he studied and graduated from Business Administration. Over the past 19 years Glen has been helping customers with their heating and cooling needs. His passion for the industry has lead him to write two books as a home owner’s guide to the heating and cooling world. Glen has overseen more than 2000 installations and will be there for his customers, before, during, and after the installation. He will put your best interest first when it comes to advising the most suitable home comfort system. Glen has been married over 30 years and has two adult sons. He enjoys sports, movies, and is a Disney fanatic. He looks forward to helping you with your home comfort needs.

Scott Brenzil

Scott has over 30+ years of HVAC expertise in Residential, Commercial, Agriculture, Geo-Thermal, Water Treatment and Smart Home Design markets. He is honoured, humbled, and grateful to have aligned with top-tier HVAC corporations. He has won Presidential and Industry Recognition Awards over the past 12 years recognizing his leadership in the HVAC industry and aligns this success with giving best advice to customers. His tenure in the industry has been an organic progression ultimately receiving the honour to liaise with customers in an organic setting – sales. Cohesive collaboration with clients and the Enercare organization ensures that he is at the forefront of customer-centric solutions that will assist in transforming unexpected HVAC concerns into an effective, cost-efficient and proactive line of communication that is always in the best interest of the homeowner.

Michael Pringadi

With over a decade of experience in the residential HVAC field, Michael Pringadi is trained to work with all heating and cooling systems. Michael is federally certified by Natural Resources Canada as a residential energy advisor under the ECO Energy program. He believes in educating home owners of the benefits of a well-designed heating, cooling and ventilation system as a facet of building science which is necessary in delivering energy efficient and sustainable homes. Michael holds a Certified Sales Professional designation with Distinction from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.

Gavin Fairgrieve

Growing up in Fort Erie and playing hockey at a regional level in Niagara, Gavin earned academic and sports recognition. His hard work led him to the University of Western Ontario where he achieved his B.A. in Sociology. His studies drove his interest in human relationships, interactions and sales. Upon graduation Gavin was a financial advisor with Freedom 55 Financial where he established himself as a trusted and respected colleague.
