TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2018 /CNW/ – Enercare Inc. and Enercare Solutions Inc. (collectively "Enercare") (TSX: ECI) today named John W. Chandler to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Chandler is a respected thought leader on digital transformation and marketing strategy. He is an Executive Fellow with the Center for Digital Strategies at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business. As Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of MassMutual Life Insurance Company ("MassMutual") from 2006 to his retirement in 2016, he led a digital, customer and brand transformation that helped drive 10 consecutive years of industry-leading sales growth, elevating MassMutual from top-15 to top-5 in its industry.
From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Chandler built a strong record of accomplishment leading marketing functions of The Hanover Insurance Group, Hasbro, and Holiday Inn Hotels. Prior to that, he held various marketing and leadership positions within Cadbury Schweppes soft drink businesses in the US and UK.
Mr. Chandler has an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and a BA from Trinity College (Hartford).
