TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – March 21, 2012) – EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.056 per common share for the month of March 2012. The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2012.
