TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Sept. 19, 2012) – EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.056 per common share for the month of September 2012. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
