("Enercare") (TSX: ECI) today announced that, in connection with its anticipated acquisition by Brookfield Infrastructure through plan of arrangement, it will be terminating its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "DRIP") effective September 5, 2018. Enercare Inc.’s previously announced cash dividend of $0.0832 per common share payable on August 31, 2018 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2018 will continue to be eligible for DRIP participation by shareholders enrolled in the DRIP as of such record date.
