TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – April 25, 2012) – EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today urged shareholders to reject the self-serving proposals of Octavian Advisors, LP by voting their BLUE proxies before the 10 a.m. April 26, 2012 deadline to vote proxies for the April 30, 2012 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders.
