The Consumers’ Waterheater Income Fund Announces Monthly Cash Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – March 22, 2010) – The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:CWI.UN), today announced a cash distribution of $0.054 per unit for the month of March 2010. The distribution will be payable on April 30, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2010.

The Fund owns a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to reside ntial customers in Ontario.
