How to access the Enercare Smarter Home knowledge base for frequently asked questions and help with your Enercare Smarter Home products.

  1. Log into the Enercare Smarter Home Portal
  2. From the top of the page, click the question mark circle and select 'Help Documentation'
  3. A pop-up will appear titled 'Knowledge Base'. Enter the Enercare Smarter Home product you need help with in the space provided under 'How can we help you?'
  4. A search results page for your questions will appear with the best results to your question
