Between April and October of this year, Enercare customers will receive an email, SMS, and/or letter mail about migrating from their Enbridge Gas bill to direct billing by Enercare. Email communications will come from [email protected], SMS from short code 247365. 1-855-832-9206 is a direct line to our Billing team that will support you through this transition.
