Who do I contact if I experience a problem with a device?

For assistance learning more about your ecobee products, please contact the ecobee support center at 1-877-932-6233. For all other HVAC related inquires, please contact our Enercare customer support center at 1-888-604-3885.

Who will install the devices in my home?

The ecobee thermostat will be installed by our licensed HVAC installer. Homeowners will be responsible for attaching their SmartSensor door and window sensors on their preferred location for entryway coverage. Homeowners will also be responsible for pairing their SmartSensor temperature sensors to the ecobee thermostat. I plan to move in 2024. What do I need to do?

When the time comes for you to move, you’ll need to follow the existing move-out process to transfer or cancel your Enercare services. If you have a Protection Plan with us, the Plan will move with you, subject to the Plan terms and conditions. Learn more about the move-out process here.

How do I enroll in pre-authorized payments?

Log in to My Account and go to the billing page to complete the required fields to enroll in pre-authorized payments. You can use a bank account, debit card or credit card to set up pre-authorized monthly payments. Once your payment information is processed, you’ll be notified of your first payment date.
