How do I set up PAP with Enercare?

We will begin moving customers to direct billing in early 2024 and customers impacted will receive communications from us with enough time in advance to ensure a smooth transition. This will include directions on how to set up your pre authorized payment, along with other payment options.

How is a condensing water heater better?

Condensing Water Heaters are more energy-efficient than conventional vented water heaters because the hot combustion gases stay in the tank longer to extract most of the heat energy, thanks to the coil-shaped heat exchanger. Most condensing water heaters also have better insulation to reduce heat loss.
