Enercare Smarter Home FAQs – Thermostat & HVAC – Can I set my Smart Thermostat so that it can only be controlled by people who have access to our Smarter Home app, and not manually?

Local control of the thermostat can be disabled on the Smart Thermostat configuration page under the “User” tab. In the “Thermostat Lock” column, select “Partial” to allow manual temperature changes but disallow mode changes.
