Can I use my prepaid credit card to pay my Enercare bills?

At this moment, you can only pay your bill with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.

Why can’t I access the funds on my prepaid credit card?

Your prepaid credit card expires 24 months from the date of redemption. If your card is within 60 days of its expiry date, you may be eligible for an extension, subject to reissuing fees. For support, you can visit account.mypaymentvault.com or 1-866-230-3809.  The contact information is on the back of the prepaid credit card.
