How to sign up for pre-authorized debit payments?

If you have a 12-digit account number on the top of your bill: Please sign up for My Account and set up pre-authorized debit. If you have a 10-digit account number on the top of your bill:  Please sign up for an Enercare Billing Portal account and set up pre-authorized debit.

How do I get a copy of my bill?

If you have a 12-digit Enercare account number: Log into My Account. Click the Billing icon in the top menu bar. You’ll be directed to the Billing overview page. What contaminants do each of the filters reduce?

Pre-Filter – reduces dirt, sand, and other suspended solids. Carbon Filter #1 – reduces bad taste, odour, and chlorine.
