Will I still get my bill(s) after the strike?

All Enercare bills will be mailed once the Canada Post work stoppage has ended. This means you may receive recent and previous bills around the same time. Please make sure to note the invoice date at the top of the bill to determine which is the most recent.

Will I be charged late fees?

Due to the work stoppage by Canada Post, cheque payments sent by mail may experience delays in receipt and processing.  For customers receiving their bill via mail, late fees will be waived. If you have a 12-digit account number on the top of your bill: Please sign up for My Account and set up pre-authorized debit. If you have a 10-digit account number on the top of your bill:  Please sign up for an Enercare Billing Portal account and set up pre-authorized debit.

How do I get a copy of my bill?

If you have a 12-digit Enercare account number: Log into My Account. Click the Billing icon in the top menu bar. You’ll be directed to the Billing overview page.
