Will I still get my bill(s) after the strike?

All Enercare bills will be mailed once the Canada Post work stoppage has ended. This means you may receive recent and previous bills around the same time. Please make sure to note the invoice date at the top of the bill to determine which is the most recent.

Will I be charged late fees?

Due to the work stoppage by Canada Post, cheque payments sent by mail may experience delays in receipt and processing.  For customers receiving their bill via mail, late fees will be waived.
